We like to take our clients by the hand and go room by room to ensure a seamless process to make selections. By focusing on one area of the home at a time we can ease an otherwise overwhelming experience.

Our Process

Selections

Choose one of our two showrooms to make cabinet selections for each room. We will send you, your designer, or your builder a list of all the selections you've chosen and a Specbook upon request. It is up to you or your designer to specify sizes, quantities and finishes. Our expert team can help assist with questions along the way.

If you have already made selections for each room, you can provide us with part numbers, quantities, and finishes. We can then provide an estimate and Specbook upon request.

Orders

Installed orders: After we receive a signed estimate and a half down payment (not applicable for current term accounts) we will place your hardware order.

Will Call: If you are placing a hardware order for pick up, a signed estimate and 100% payment is due upfront to place the order.

Installation

Once all your hardware has arrived we will call you to get you on the installation schedule. Please mark all cabinets with tape for install locations or please provide specific dimensions for the installers before they arrive. After everything is installed the final payment is due.
