We like to coordinate the look of your bath accessories with your faucets.

Our Process

Selections

Choose one of our two showrooms to make bath accessory selections for each bathroom. We find it useful if you know what brand or collection of faucets you have in each bathroom. That way we can match the accessories to it. We will send you, your designer, or your builder a list of all the selections you've chosen and a Specbook upon request. It is up to you or your designer to specify sizes, quantities and finishes. Our expert team can help assist with questions along the way.

If you have already made selections for each room, you can provide us with part numbers, quantities, and finishes. We can then provide an estimate and Specbook upon request.

Orders

Installed orders: After we receive a signed estimate and a half down payment (not applicable for current term accounts) we will place your accessories order.

Will Call: If you place an accessories order for pick up, a signed estimate and 100% payment are due upfront to place the order.

Installation

Once all your accessories have arrived we will call you to get you on the installation schedule. Please mark all locations for accessories with tape or please provide specific dimensions for the installers before they arrive. After everything is installed the final payment is due.
